Is arm grabbing abuse ? Like grabbing both your arms really tight and moving you out the way or am I overreacting ?? :(

Most people wouldn't consider it abuse, but as someone who has been abused I know it can definitely be one of the stepping stones into full on physical abuse. It usually starts with yelling, then grabbing of the wrists and arms, and slowly continues to escalate. I have had 2 abusive step fathers in the past as well as one very abusive ex boyfriend. If it is a parent/guardian doing this please talk to someone you trust about it such as another family member, teacher, etc. if it continues or gets worse. If it is your spouse/partner you really need to have a talk with them about how it is making you feel - if it worsens or continues since it clearly scares you, you need to leave.

My ex and I got in a huge fight in my dorm one time and I was standing in front of my door. He was trying to leave but I just wanted to talk things out so I wouldnt move. He was huge (6'4") and much stronger so he grabbed both of my arms at the wrist and shoved me away and left. He didn't mean to but he tore my skin and you can still faintly see it. I didn't consider it abuse and when he found out he was so upset he cried. It just depends on the person and their behavior. If he's shoving you around often or doing other abusive behavior then it's probably a red flag.

Um, yes. It's very easy to say "excuse me," or, "can you please move?" Forcing someone out of the way without asking to get through is very rude, and if the grabbing is tight and painful, then yes. That's abuse. However, if the person is asked multiple times to move and they don't, then forceful movement may be the only option. It shouldn't have to come to that, though.

Was the individual asked to get out of the way? Were they the one blocking the persons way out of the room? It CAN be considered abuse but there are definitely other factors to consider here. Preventing a person from leaving a room can actually be considered a form of abuse too so it's all relative.
I would be more prone to call it abuse if the arms were grabbed in an attempt to make the person stay somewhere they were trying to leave:
