two week wait symptoms

currently 10 dpo. been super nauseous, thirsty, boobs are so sore! headaches & fatigue are other symptoms i’ve been experiencing these past two weeks.. i’ve tested twice & both negative, might be too early to detect my hcg hormone. could i be pregnant though??
