diva cup tips???

just got one but am curious how far do you gotta get it up there? i put it in and it slipped down and i could feel it like you would if you put a tampon in wrong. it probably just takes a few tries to get comfortable but any tips!?????

once you get it in as far as you can turn it clockwise one full turn, it takes practice but it helps it suction better and stay up higher.

It should basically form a circle around your cervix so it doesn’t leak. So as deep as you can get it

You’re supposed to make a C shape put it all the way up and when it pops out it’ll suction to you in a sense I guess so nothing leaks.
