Help 🙊 Teen Question

My bf and I had sex 2 days before my period started. We used protection (condom) and he pulled out, but it’s been about a week since and I have not had my period. I have had spotting and in the past have missed periods before due to my weight and sport (I’m small and I’m a runner) but I cannot help but be paranoid. Thoughts??
