Discharge/mucous plug

So I'm high risk due to my history of stillbirth and hyperemesis. I'm 11 weeks and today I had some moderate back pain while walking at the flea market. My stomach feels kinda heavy but has been lately, I assumed growing and stretching. Well tonight while showering I saw like a quarter size glob of "snot" I always check because my history. I also had sex yesterday night, which because my morning sickness it's been a while. So I'm basically in bed now late at night freaking out. Any advice would be appreciated!! TIA
