TMI sores and blood I guess

These little sores keep popping up on my scalp and I'm not scratching or anything and idk why this is happening. I'm going to the doctor soon, I'm trying to find an appointment but until then does anyone have ideas as to what causes this? I want to stay anon so any questions I will answer as an update on this post as soon as I see the question
