I've had my IUD since early October, and bled really heavily for nearly a month straight and have On and off spotted since. I always get cramps when I would usually have my period, and will bleed really lightly (like the first day of my period) for a day or so, but never any longer than that. Then I just go back to occasionally spotting.

Has anyone else had this?? I can feel the strings but but I'm always worrying that I might've somehow gotten pregnant, or am always talking myself in panicked circles even though I know IUDs can do weird things to your period. I just never know whether to treat it as my actual period or not since it's so short??
