Anyone know if it’s safe to get your eyebrows tattoo’d while breastfeeding?

This is from Kellymom.com “Like piercers, professional tattoo artists will not knowingly tattoo a woman who is currently breastfeeding and will actively discourage a new mother from doing so. Tattoo artists feel that the body needs time to heal the tattoo and that it is harder to do so when the body is producing milk. Not tattooing a breastfeeding mother also lessens the possibility of any infections, from either improper tattooing or aftercare, from being passed on to the baby (Hudson, 2009). If you choose to get a tattoo while breastfeeding keep in mind that a newborn baby is far more vulnerable to any possible changes in breastmilk than a nursing toddler. It is best to wait until your baby is at least 9-12 months old. Going to a professional tattoo shop following Universal Precautions also lessens the risk of any infections that might be acquired.”

ive never heard anything against tattooing while breastfeeding. id assume its safe but you could always Google it or ask the artist
