Postpartum weight loss ???
Hi ladies,
I had my baby 9 weeks ago and I feel terrible about my body. I'm reading all those women who lost 80% of their weight in the first 4-5 weeks .. I barely lost any since the day after birth.
I am breastfeeding, eating a lot less than when pregnant and pretty healthy like always before pregnancy, and exercising about 3-4 times a week or at least walking for an hour. I don't nap and do plenty of things around the house. I do not understand why my weight isnt dropping
I also started Herbalife shakes in the mornings at 5weeks pp.
Before pregnancy working out 5 days a week I was up to 117lbs
37.2 weeks pregnant ( day of birth ) 156lbs.
Day after birth 148lbs
9weeks pp i was 140.8 yesterday and suddenly this morning I'm back to 144lbs.
Does any of you have an idea of what is going on ? I can be patient but I'm not sure if it's normal to not drop despite of all my efforts..
Oh and I'm also one of the lucky ones who had 0 stretch mark until the day after birth .. psych 😅😰
