Hi ladies—it’s almost January and we’re almost due! I’m sure most of you are far more prepared than my husband and I are and you’ve already purchased your bassinet. I’m still researching and agonizing over which product to buy. I am intrigued by the Halo Swivel Sleeper because it seems very safe—mesh sides, flat sleep surface, etc. However, I have read SO MANY reviews, and while many are good, a surprising number say that the bassinet tilts and their baby rolled from side to side. 😬 I also like the Fisher Price Soothing Motions bassinet. I’ve read lots of reviews, and most people liked it, but some people complained about the mattress being flimsy and the entire thing not being very sturdy. I just don’t know what to choose. What did you guys get? Has anyone used whatever you bought with a previous child? This is my first baby so I feel like I just don’t know anything. I want the safest, sturdiest bassinet.
