I have stage 4 endometriosis, we were ttc for 6 years with absolutely no luck at all. 
Never even one positive test. 
Finally after my third surgery in February where the dr actually cut all the tissue away, I got pregnant, but I suffered a miscarriage. 
2 months after that I conceived again and I’m now 25+3!

we tried for ovrer a year and then Inhaf my first laparoscopic surgery (ablation)   A lot was still left behind so I went in hormones until i had my second surgery with an endo expert with amazing reveiws (excision this time). 7 months post surgery I became pregnant!!   Do your research, find a great surgeon who specializes in endo and does EXCISION not ablation. Growths that are ablated will just grow back over time.  Hope this helps!!!

Back to try for number 2. We took 2 years to conceive baby number 1, with a lap after 12 months of TTC. 2nd month TTC again but ovulation has been so painful that wanting to BD is not exactly what I want to do at that time. But number 1 is proof that it does happen!

It’s not easy. I’ve been trying for 2 and a half years. I’ve had 1 miscarriage and 2 chemical pregnancies. And had one surgery to get rid of the endometriosis. And all the pain is back again and twice as bad. So it’s hard but we’ll eventually get there.
