I’ve heard you can get “implantation pains” during what would usually be the time of your period pains... I’ve had these. It was these that made me take a test because I had the pains but had no period.

I usually get worked up about things easily, but over the last 2 months I’ve been petty chilled - which is why I think I finally conceived! Yay!

Anyway, this 2-3 few days I’ve been really stressed, and have had numerous people upset me, some deliberately, and today quite severe pains started that felt like period pains.. they have since subsided, now it feels more like a very dull pins and needles... but I’m so scared it means I’m losing the baby 😥 this is my first baby so literally have no idea what’s normal and what’s not!!!

I have my 1st midwife appointment on Wednesday, I don’t really know what to expect, but I’m hoping she’ll say all is well!

Does anyone know what the chances of miscarriage are at 7 weeks?!
