Menses cup? How?

i am officially DONE with tampons. Hoping to move on to a more friendly way tp treat my body. I just bought a menstrual cup, specifically the Lena. I'm excited but nervous. any helpful tips?

Follow the instructions! I made the mistake of skimming the instructions and had difficulties...then I read the instructions and got it instantly. It still does take a little bit of practice, but so worth it in the end!

I just bought myself a diva cup yesterday and I'm enjoying it. it is definitely weird at first though and takes some getting used to as far as putting it in and taking it out. I'm still trying to get used to the it but i just woke up from sleeping about 10.5 hours: no mess, no "crap, i left that tampon in too long", no soaked tampon, no trash to throw away. i would just suggest to be careful taking it out cuz i almost dropped mine in the toilet the first time lol. best of luck!
