I shaved my entire stomach when I was 11 not knowing I shouldn't and now I have small fine black hairs all over I wax a bit and now its red and bumpy. ( its been like that for months bit the waxing made it worse)
What could it be?

Try hydrocortisone cream. Looks like a skin reaction to the wax.

Is that between your boobs though? It doesn't look like your stomach. I get heat rashes between my boobs all the time and it looks like that

Maybe ring worm? Mine looked like that but it's usually in the shape of a circle and takes a while to go away if u don't treat it. Does it itch?

Waxing does that to me too if I wax anywhere but my face. I got my arms waxed for my wedding and still have some tiny red bumps (but they're hardly noticeable!)
