Long story short went to the ER yesterday with pain and was diagnosed with fibroids and cysts. Got to see my gestational sac via ultrasound and it’s coming along as it should be for 5 weeks. Followed up with my doctor today and she did her own ultrasound and once again I got to see the little sac, but there’s no fetal pole just yet so I go back next Thursday to see if it’s there when I’ll be about 6.5 weeks. I have no reason to think it won’t be there as things are progressing nicely, but weird medical things happen to me (i.e. fibroids and cysts) so wish me luck!!!
