Flu at 8w3days

Hey, so I just came down with the flu (or bad cold) today and I know that taking Motrin or DayQuil is a huge no. Well I only have acetaminophen with caffeine. I’m thinking to just take the midol and get Tylenol when I have the strength to move. I really want to help get my fever down and natural methods aren’t doing it
