How?how?😞😞😞😞

We’ve been dating for 7 years and recently he decided not to be with me anymore , because apparently we always argue about the same things .It’s been a month and I can’t get over him. I even said to him that I miss him through text, and this is his reply “👀” At this stage he normally beg me back or try to apologise, but this time, nothing. What’s going on? What I find frustrating is when I finally manage to move on, which normally takes a long time , he then decides to apologise and that drains the hell out of me because he reminds me of old memories , which leads me to date him again😢😢😢😢 .i really don’t know what to do? I tried to get him back but he’s isn’t showing any interest or care.
