Positive OPK DPO 7?

Hi, I am DPO 7, my HGC test came back negative, but my LH test was positive.

I am certain of my ovulation date since I tracked it down with tests.

I know LH tests can also be an indicator of pregnancy, but I was wondering if it could be anything else before I get my hopes up :)

(I don’t take any medication if that changes anything)
