The past few days I have been experiencing random pelvic “achy” feelings in my lower abdomen. It doesn’t feel like period cramps. Does this sound like round ligament pain? I’m currently 10 weeks 2 days with baby #1. I read that round ligament pain is common when making quick/fast movements or if you have been walking around a bunch. The only time I feel this ache is when I’m laying on my back or sleeping. I haven’t had any bleeding and it’s a very dull ache so nothing super concerning. Just wondering if anyone else has this kind of symptom at this stage.
