Trying To Get Pregnant

So, my husband and I are TTC and I have PCOS. I have been on the pill and regular each month for 4 months. This month on the 8th I ended a 7 day strong flow period. I stopped the pill 3 days before that and as soon as I was done bleeding we started trying every day. Now, today is the 18th and for about 4 days now I have had this clearish-whitish discharge and today I started. It was just some spotting all day but now it's a flow and it's a little over a week early... what could this mean? I know it could just be that I threw my body off by stopping the pill but what else? I don't want to get any of my hopes up if there is no reason to.
