I expressed concerns to my Gyno about my luteal phase

I spoke to her a couple months ago and she said I have a high chance of conceiving especially since we conceived before. She said after 6 months of nothing has happened to make an appointment. May is our 6th month, should I make an appointment? I feel like it's still early
