So my ex and I are best friends, we unoffically dated for five months and then dated for three weeks, he broke up with me a month ago, but we’re still best friends and have acted like nothings changed. He did say he loved me when we broke up but I assume he’s over it now and he knows I still to this day love him.

I suggested that we be friends with benefits and he hasn’t done anything with anyone else yet, which is also unlike him because he’s kinda of a player, and he stays over at my house once a week because he lives so far away. But the other day we lay and watched a movie in bed and he’s not fond of holding hands at all, never has been and he out of the blue grabbed my hand to hold it for a while? I’m probably over thinking it WAY too much, but itsjust one of those things I’d never expect from him😂 could anyone like give me a suggestion if they know what it means?
