Miscarriage 😢

I think I was roughly 5 weeks, and I had started bleeding so I was a little worried but wasn’t in terrible pain just the usual cramps so called 111 and was sent to the doctors and was told it’s signs of a failing pregnancy but not definite, then I was referred to the gynae unit for an examination and my bloods taken... they found my cervix was closed so was unlikely that it was a miscarriage then the next day I received my blood results and they came back at 600 and something then last night I had to go back for my bloods a 2nd time... feeling very positive as I wasn’t in much pain An believed everything was okay.

I had a phone call off a doctor this morning with my blood levels back and they were only 200 so they had dropped 400 and the doctor confirmed this means a failing pregnancy and no more tests where to be done 😢😢😢

I know this i was super early but it hurts just the same. I have been with me fiancé almost 6 years and we just got engaged last month and this was the best news ever. 💔, we only told immediate family members but i don’t want to deal with having to tell them i have lost the baby.
