Breakthrough Bleeding after exercise?

I go to the gym regularly but today after I was done I started getting cramps then a few hours later had some very light pink spotting after going to the bathroom. I am 6 DPO so I don't want to get too excited but I'm thinking it could be breakthrough bleeding. Has anyone else experienced this after exercise? this would be my first time.
