I have a slight fever of 99.7 degrees. I know some sites say that doesn’t count, but I know my body and frequently took my BBT for ovulation and this isn’t normal for me.

I took a half dose of Tylenol bc I’m so worried about drugs hurting the baby. I tried calling my dr, and told the receptionist I am running a fever. She said the dr would call me TOMORROW and for now I should take robitussin?!?! I said robitussin for a fever, are you sure? giving her a chance to correct herself... and she repeated robitussin.

Has anyone else ever heard this? Or is this receptionist just really bad at fielding basic medical questions?

My NIPT and genetic counseling tests are 2 days from now and I’m just 🙏🏽 everything is still ok.
