need advice!!

My 3 1/2 month old has gone hours without eating her last feed was about 4:30 am she only wakes up once a night and usually always eats about 4 times during the day but every morning she goes without eating up until about 2pm is this normal? A stretch of 8 hours without feeding?? Not sure if I should make an apt with her doctor or if it can just be a growth spurt or something. She’s not sick and is very active doesn’t seem upset at all. Just unsure if it’s normal. Thanks !
