Weird bukdge when lying down on tummy

I'm just wondering if anyone would know what this is?? I noticed it about a month ago and it has gotten a bit bigger? Can't find anything on the internet, will be going to doctors soon! Sorry for the revealing photo 🙄 I've always had a flat stomach so I've never had this strange lump above pubic bone x
