left pelvic pain, ectopic pregnancy?

hi girls I was wonder if anyone can help me i have left pelvic pain only when im up and about I'm concerned that it might be an ectopic pregnancy it's sharp and bothersome but not excruciating should i be concern those are my only symptoms no bleeding or shoulder pain

I just wanted to share that I just left my first sonogram and everything is normal and where it is supposed to be.  I am so relieved!
Hoping you're feeling better, but if its still bothering you give your doc a call just for peace of mind :)

Could be round ligament.

Ectopic pain will increasingly worsen and won’t subside or be dependent on positioning. Don’t stress about it unless it’s getting worse and constant.

I have this same pain at 9 weeks today.  My first appointment is Thursday.  I debated going to the ER today more to ease my nerves than anything else- I have definitely had period cramps more painful than what I'm feeling now, but I'm just concerned because it's one sided. Hoping it turns out to be nothing for me and for you!!

I'm having the same type of pain on my left side.. I'm only 5 weeks, but Im going to a walk in clinic tmrw to get an ultrasound referral
