Anyone else having cramps?

It worries me sometimes and I haven’t had my first docs appointment to confirm it until next week on Tuesday. I did get a positive test. I’ve getting cramps there and there is it just preparing and stretching my womb?

I have very mild cramps, and lower back pain. I wore tights the other date with my dress and they hurt so bad pressing on my belly! It’s hard to describe, because it’s not like period cramps. 
No nausea yet thank goodness. I’m also thirsty af. I’m drinking at least twice as much as before but I wake up thirsty.

my only symptom is cramps. they suck. But doc says that's my body adjusting and trying to become more hospitable to baby. I'm 5 weeks. saw my doc on Monday. I alsochave some brown discharge and she's not too worried about that either. she says if the cramps are really really bad and there's signs of red spotting then I should come in and get checked but for now. body is just adjusting

Cramps are normal, I’ve been getting them quite a bit so far in this pregnancy. Unless you’re bleeding or they are sharply painful I wouldn’t worry. When you do go to your first apt just bring it up to your doctor
