BURNING/PAIN/ITCHINESS FEELING

So, apparently I seem to have my first yeast infection & it's getting pretty annoying now. I don't have any discharge, no bad smell, no nothing. looks normal to me. I do have white clumps and it doesn't smell. But It is burning the shit out of my lady parts and when I touch it it hurts a bit. And don't get me started on when I'm showering or getting it dry with the towel. The itchiness is there but its not unbearable. What's bothering me is the burning feeling. It's driving me nuts. At the moment I can't go to a doctor, can ANYBODY be nice and understanding with me and share some tips on how to make it feel better or make it go away on its own (it's possible)..Please, I just need support and I'm here dying lmao help
