Hey ladies,

I am new to BBT and am finding it confusing. When do you ovulate? Is it when your temp spikes, or drops? My temp is all over the place, but I know it's accurate because I measure vaginally around the same time every morning while still in bed.

Does it look like I've ovulated? To me it looks like my body keeps trying to, but my opks and cm have not been positive for ovulation.

I should mention my cycles are very irregular and I had my IUD removed 9/18. I am on CD23 and my last cycle was 50 days. Glow has pushed my fertile cycle back by one day, every day, for the last 2 weeks.
