Birth control

I’m looking for some advice. I was on the pill for 3 years and throughout that time I had horrible reoccurring and consistent thrush; at least twice a month.

I’ve now got the implant and the thrush has gone away thank god. However I’ve now been on my period for 7 weeks and it’s becoming tedious. My boyfriend doesn’t care and we still have sex but I haven’t had any oral for 7 weeks and I miss it lol. Bleeding constantly is starting to drain me.

Can anyone please suggest any other birth control that doesn’t have oestrogen, or at least as high amount as the pill as this was the cause of my reoccurring thrush. And one that also won’t make me bleed for weeks and weeks on end
