Advice needed: stomach bug and I’m nursing

Any advice for me ladies...currently have a stomach bug. I’m nursing my 3.5 week old baby and I caught the bug from my daughter who brought it home from school.

Vomit, diarrhea, chills, slight body ache. Any advice on what to take/avoid.
