My SO is in the military so I basically have sex every 2 months or so, maybe even longer. I have birth control but I honestly don’t usually start taking it until I know he’s coming home. We usually use condoms, I just have the pills for extra protection. He recently came home and we got carried away and didn’t use a condom and he didn’t pull out either. I’ve been on the pill for basically 4 weeks (24 days), but I overthink everything so I’m kind of freaking out. Should I get the morning after pill? Or should I be fine with the birth control?

Any feedback would be great.
