Not Talking :(

My son is still not talking :(. He signs "more" and says dada or mama but I am not sure if he is calling us mama and dada. He babbles all the time. He will point to his body parts and understands for the most part if we ask him to bring an item to us. I just feel so stressed and sad. I break down every day worried sick about it. We've read to him every night since he was a baby. We talk to him about everything and when he points or gestures he wants something we always make sure to repeat it over and over again.
