Good work out plans?
Let me just start off by saying that in over weight. About 230. I'm 16 years old and I just finished 10th grade which was hell! People made fun of me because I didn't look like the other girls. My mom told me that im not that much over weight and that I am beautiful. But when I look in the mirror all I see is a fat person. I'm became a very emotional person now because of bullies. I've realized that started to gain a lot of weight after my aunt and uncle passed away. It was very tragic and unexpected and it happened when I was 13.. I've been to a therapist and she told me that I've turned to food and began eating a lot more to help fulfill that emptiness of a unknown relationship that I will never have anymore. I don't understand how I could be still doing this after 3 years.
Now that I got my little story out of the way..
I want suggestions for a 30 day work out plans to work on the stomache and legs.
I also want to know great healthy foods that I can eat that will help ease hunger.
I want to be about to go to my school for Junior Year and feel comfortable and be who I am instead of being a target for bullies and stop bullies all together.
