Do you leave the house? If you've done it did it change anything in his attitude? Did it show him that you're not playing around. Bf is being super mean and idk if leaving will show him anything. Should I leave ?

It’s immature in my opinion. Sit down and talk it out or give each other space for a bit then talk but don’t just storm out of the house because you’re mad. It’s just going to make things worse. Communicate and express your feelings to one another and address the problem in a civil manner

My bf does this to me and it pisses me the fuck off. Your bf will leave you if you keep doin that. I told my bf to stop because I got anxiety and he's just feeding it and it's better to talk it out🤷🏼‍♀️

I did this only once.
I had warned him that this would happen before he did what he did, so he expected it. It was not manipulation because I had warned him first that i would walk out.
Did I go back? Yes, after three days of him sitting on the couch crying. He didn’t even sleep in our bed. I went back because we had pets and I had to check on them. His parents (who are never involved in our relationship) had actually called me because they hadn’t heard from him, he hadn’t called his sister, or been to work.
Needless to say we talked, and it never happened again. Because this time he knows I won’t come back.
But it is a very immature thing to do. It is verbal abuse. Your using it to hurt that person. Unless your serious, and then you leave, but he didn’t know I was leaving. He only knew he fucked up and was left wondering if I’d come back. But as for threatening? I wouldn’t use that to manipulate someone, he was really fucking hurt by what I did. He felt more betrayed then I think I ever could. So it was wrong of me, and I don’t think it’s right.

If I leave, it's to cool off. I tend to become irrational/flustered when things get heated. I hate confrontation. I'll take the dog for a walk, go out for coffee/tea or I'll just go into another room. It gives me some time to calm down, collect my thoughts & self reflect so when I return we can discuss things more rationally,.....but I've never threatened to leave & not return.

I definitely don't think it's a form of abuse of any kind. Nor manipulation. That's just silly. Abuse is breaking a person down telling them they are a piece of shit until they believe it and that you are the best thing they are capable of attracting. That's abuse. If you feel hurt and you just need alone time to clear some steam by all means, do it. My husband has made me so upset and I get so frustrated I can't think straight. So I grab my stuff and go window shopping or go look for a good bottle of wine. Once an hour or two has passed or it's getting late I come back home and he asks if I'm mad and we talk it out calmly. 
You are more likely to say hurtful things in the moment than if you take a break and figure out what is really making you mad in the first place.

everytime we fight he let me say whatever I want and I let him say whatever he wants to say to me then we will just stop and there will be silence for a good half an hours then we are okay again. its like we allow ourselves to let our frustrations then we stop to rethink everything.

I think it depends. If the argument is out of control, I’d say you need to cool down and approach it with a cooler head. 
But I would say that’s what I’m doing not just walk out. Ideally just go in separate rooms, gather your thoughts, and then talk it out after you are both in a better place.
