Birth control for Clear skin?

I’ve been struggling on and off with acne been to multiple dermatologist have tried literally everything (and I mean everything) from expensive to inexpensive skincare products and nothing has really helped. My acne it’s not as bad as it used to be in highschool but it’s also not completely cleared either and it’s really ruining my self esteem I’m afraid to show guys without wearing makeup and like I’m 20 yrs old still getting acne when everyone else already has gotten their acne treated. I feel really ugly and I heard that birth control can clear up acne do you think I should start taking that to fix my skin problem?

I don’t know if your dermatologist already recommended it but acutane worked out so good for me. And I know if you look it up you’ll see all the stories about people getting nose bleeds and stuff but honestly all I got was dry skin and it cleared my acne in 5 months. I’m now off of it and I don’t even get pimples anymore so I would definitely ask about it

I recommend accutane! I just finished my course and my skin is flawless. Don’t let the side effects scare you it’s different for everyone. Personally for me I had zero side effects. Not even dry skin

I tried the pill and it worked then when I stopped it came back. I then went on roaccutane and it worked really well. I have a pimple popping up here and there atm but I am pregnant but nothing to what I was getting.

Try aloe, like the actual plant lol. I use it every night and it helps me with my acne. And try to drink a lot of water.

Eat only healthy food for a month and cut out dairy. You’ll see a major change
