VAGINA SMELLS LIKE CAT PEE 😷😷

I’m 5 weeks postpartum and I just started my period again on Monday, and ever since then my vagina has smelled like ammonia (reminds me of cat piss). I also just finished a second round of antibiotics on Sunday for a stubborn UTI that I got shortly after giving birth from having a catheter in for 3 days. My perineum is also really tender (I had stitches from a 2nd degree tear) especially when I wipe. I HAVE NO IDEA WHATS HAPPENING TO ME BELOW THE WAIST. What do I do?!?!?
