8 DPO and weird

I'm 8 DPO and getting weird uncomfortable cramping in my stomach, and I did a pregnancy test and I can very very slightly see a second line and I was wondering if anyone else can see it , the pic is blury and I forgot to take a normal picture but yer anyone see anything??
