Cold/Flu Like Symptoms-- Early Pregnancy?

Hi all!! We have been ttc for 8 months, I was on my second round of clomid this month at 100mg. Last night I began to get a tickle in the back of my throat along with a few cramps. Which turned into me coughing throughout the night and turned into a headache. This morning I have been feeling exhausted, chills but super hot (I feel like a fire breathing dragon), still coughing, dizzy, nauseous, and tired. Could this be a sign of early pregnancy?

I didn’t feel any of that with my first pregnancy before i tested and it’s also probably too early to feel all that. It might just be a cold, it is that time of the year. Baby dust!
