Caya diaphragm ?!
Hi everyone! I’m trying to get the hell off the pill, it’s caused me a lot grief and makes me super depressed, kills sex drive, etc.
Has anyone here used the Caya diaphragm as a contraceptive? I’ve been using a menstrual cup for years so I’m not scared of my vagina but... can you feel it? Can your partner feel
it? Is it terribly inconvenient? Is it hard to put in place?
