14ish. Hated them. Made my insides gross. So happy I found cups only a few years later. Never have to deal with the smells and dryness and unbalance again. My 12 year old sister started using them and I hated the idea of her using bleached cotton all in there so I asked her if she wanted a cup and she said yes. Turns out she had the same issues.

I've tried when I was 13 didn't like them but waited until I turned 23 learned to wear them properly they are ok I kinda prefer pads though but tampons are more discrete

I was 13 or 14. Thought I couldnt swim, because I was on my period (id only worn pads).  Aunt set me straight and got me a box before going to the pool. Don't really care for them,  and later still only used them for swimming.  Now use a cup throughout. Love it.
