I wouldnt get my hopes to high for a BFP.. Not trying to be negative but  even if your glow is right, which it is  usually off a day or two unless you log temp. etc ,you probably ovulated the 14th. Which was 5 days after you bd. Sperm can live in the best of the best conditions 3-5 days. So hopefully your very fertile. But to answer your question you should be able to test the 27th or after your missed period.. Baby dust to you 🤞💕
