My hair is like a 3b I think and I don’t know where to start.
How many times should I shampoo and condition a week? And how many times should I shampoo when I’m actually doing it? One round? And 2 rounds for the conditioner?
When should I trim?
How many times should I deep condition?

I have the same hair type. for me the products that work the best are deva curl supercream, not your mothers linseed chia blend & French plum seed oil conditioner (i style with it), for shampoo anything shea moisture is good, and the best hair mask I've used so far is the shea moisture Jamaican black Castor oil strengthen and restore treatment masque

According to my African American roomie and friend:
It's standard to recommend washing every other day sometimes every two days. 
Shampoo once. Condition once. Wash with warm water to open up your hair cuticles then rinse the conditioner off with cold water to seal in moisture. 
Deep condition once a week. Anything more will make hair hard to deal with. 
She also told me that if you want to "wash" your hair everyday to do it with conditioner only keeping with the idea of shampooing just a few times a week. Apparently there's the curly girl method to look into as well.
