Last night I had to go into l&d; because my normal bh contractions started to hurt and were 9 mins apart, then 6, then 5, etc. By the time I got there my whole entire back was in excruciating pain with every contraction. They gave me meds to stop them. I am not dilated but am 80% effaced. That worried them for only being 34 weeks considering I wasn't effaced at all at my last appt. They said the contractions were starting to change my cervix. They were able to get them to stop after 6 hours and I got to go home. Anyone have to go in and have their contractions stopped and have them start again? They told me if they come back don't even call, just come in immediatly.
