New baby or remains from previous pregnancy???

November 13,2017 I found out I was pregnant. Went to the dr and had my blood work done to confirm. At that time my HCG was 12.5. Literally 3 days later on November 16, 2017 I started bleeding with heavy cramping and back pain. About a day or two I went to a different hospital to confirm that everything was coming out like it should because I was barely 4 weeks. Well at first THE SECOND HOSPITAL DIDN’T BELIEVE I WAS EVEN PREGNANT MUCH LESS HAVING A MISCARRIAGE!!! So all they did was urine and they said “you’re not pregnant” I was like I know!! I showed them the paperwork confirming I was and they said “we don’t need to do an ultrasound because the pregnancy test wasn’t even faint and your levels don’t drop that fast.. so we don’t need to do an ultrasound because there’s no reason to and it’s probably just a late period” so I tested a few days after and it was negative not even a faint line. Well I was bleeding for a total of 5 days (like a normal period but with a lot of clots) so I started taking ovulation tests and none would show and finalyyy I got a positive on December 3rd! I took a test to confirm it wasn’t a pregnancy just ovulation and it was. Well last Thursday on the 14 of December I actually got my first very faint positive pregnancy test. I tested everyday until it was confirmed on Monday with a urine sample to make sure it was getting darker... it was.

Now here I am December 20,2017 admitted into the hospital because I had a high fever and a lot of flu like symptoms with back pain. My son who’s almost 2 was sick with the same symptoms 2 days ago. But my heart rate wouldn’t drop below 120. My fever finally broke and heart rate dropped. At first they thought it was a blood infection, so they did an x-ray of my chest, a lot of bloodwork, and EKG, and ultrasound, and a kidney ultrasound.. the blood work cake back and my HCG was 250. But they said my ultrasound looks like remains of previous pregnancy.. they are going to most likely recommend a D&C; SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!
