I need to rant

so my husband and I have been together for 8 years ,married for 5 years, have a 19 month old baby and just found out we are expecting our second child . Well with it being Christmas time I want to tell everyone at Christmas with the family( all his family) I know it's early but I don't like hiding it. to me it feels like lying and we have no shame. but he is very set on not saying anything until I am 16 weeks along. to me that is crazy long . it's not like people are going to be upset, this is expected, we have been tryi g for 13 months. damn it I'm excited about this. has anyone else felt with this with there hubbies? We told his parents about #1 at 9 weeks. I'm really upset about this.
