vagina problems UPDATE

Update: Today I started feeling a pang of cramps, nothing serious or long term just a shooting pain type thing and then tonight I noticed my discharge is almost purpley??? I am in the middle of my cycle about 17 days away from my period and I am fairly regular so there is next to no chance its my period. I plan to call my doctor tomorrow to set up an appointment, just to be safe, but any ideas before I do?

So this has happened before in September and I went to the clinic and they didn't know what was up, I am hoping one of you ladies can help. My vagina is red, looks inflamed/irritated, there is some burning if I bother it and when I stick my finger in, what comes out on it appears to be shed skin (pictures below). I had originally thought it was an allergic reaction to spermicide as it cleared up when I stopped using it, but the symptoms are starting to reappear and I have had no contact with spermicide. I have my yearly check-up coming up in January so I will be getting checked out soon. Does anyone have any ideas???
