First Period After Birth

Hi ladies. Did your first period after giving birth feel any different?

I’m 6 weeks 1 day PP and although I haven’t had my first period yet I’m having very intense stomach pains/cramps that don’t feel like anything I’ve ever felt in my life. I’m just trying to figure out what the heck is going on with my body! 😳
